All shipments will be delivered via the regular Postal Service (USPS and/or Canada Post) and will typically take 10 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive at your door (in the Contiguous US States, longer for Alaska and Hawaii). 10 BUSINESS DAYS does not include weekends or holidays- to state this simply- shipments are likely to take up to 2 WEEKS to arrive at your door. This also assumes weather or other unforeseen elements do not interfere with the USPS being on schedule.
When going through the "Checkout" you will be provided with a flat-rate shipping charge. If your order goes over the weight threshold for regular mail (not parcel/package) delivery- which may occur if more than 3 kits/parts are on your order, the shipping charge may double at the time of checkout (you will see this at Checkout if it occurs).
All sales are final, but we aren't unreasonable; if you receive a product that is defective right out of the box, please contact us within 3 days and we will do our best to replace it upon receiving the defect product back from you. All seal kits are verified for accuracy and quality- as a result the likelihood of product defects occurring is minimized.
Service Parts carry no warranty and are only returnable for exchange or refund at our discretion.
Abuse or misuse of a part or product nullifies any warranty claims.
